In a recent literary development in the poetry book named “Chashme Nam” of renowned poet meer Afzal released at the hands of musician Ravi Date on Friday evening at Amfi theatre.
Total 168 pages Hindi book consists 145 Gazals.
Poet told Millattimes.com that in fact these are Urdu Gazals but my friend Hemkiran Patki requested me to publish it in Devenagri to reach maximum poetry lovers.
56 year old poet has already written 13 books on various topics related to Urdu literature.
It is notable that Meer Afzal is an eminent social worker of the city ,he is famous for his selfless service. He always gives top priority to work and never indulge himself in any showoff business and eye catching activities.
The book launch was attended by Aijaz Nabi karigar,Atul Bele ,Asif Iqbal ,Mahmud Nawaz,Irfan Karigar ,A.Shukur Shawoor and nearly 200 personalities of the city
