In 2006 it has already been revealed by sachar committee report that condition of Muslims in India is worst than Dalits. They are badly sidelined form mainstream and all walks of life. Their Population is nearly 14%  but Percentage in Civil service is only 2.3 %.

Some of Muslim NGO’s ,scholars  and social workers took this report seriously and started working on it to improve the scenario of largest minorities in India. Success of of IAS Ansar Shaikh ,IPS Salman Taj Patel,Dr.Owais Patevegar has showed the ray of hope . Now Muslims from Pune ,Mumbai , Aurangabad and Solapur etc are buckling up to work and increase the number of Muslims in strategy making bodies .But ,as per the recent media reports the condition has not improved even after ten years  of  sachar committee report. The percentage of 14% population in high status bodies is still below 3% . It is may be because we are lacking of professional trainers or experienced guides.

Asif Yatnal of Solapur ( Maharashra) is a  notable example of this who is running classes through Jay Academy .
A 31 year old Science post graduate  Asif has cracked four competitive exams . He spoke to millattimes.com and shared his contribution. He said, I have passed APFC, ACIO, Forest services exams and MPSC state service exams and  union public service commission exam as well but the result of the same is on hold due to some technical reasons. He has already given more than hundred talks at different places of Maharashtra voluntarily.

Asif  is currently an Asst. Commissioner in Provident Fund department  says that , enthusiasm, sacrifice and efforts of our community people to improve the figure in governments job are welcome but the importance and need of professional guides should be considered seriously to orientate aspiring youths. It helps them to put on write track and it also saves precious time of the students , he added.

He further said, During this journey of six years of competitive exam preparation I underwent so many experiences ,now I am sharing these with youths through Jay academy Solapur since past one and half  year.

Nearly 100 students specifically from Dalit and Muslim communities are undergoing civil services exam training under my supervision. Last year six students managed to clear prelim exam of UPSC,he quoted.

Student of the said Academy  Maher Afshan commented that ,Asif sir ‘s guidance is really wonderful , He made us understand the whole syllabus of UPSC exam in a very short time. she further said, being a fresh candidate it is important to understand this exam and its demands, His coaching and his guidance is the only thing which making may mind to understand the whole syllabus and directing me very precisely .

Ashish Sonawane an another aspirant shared his experiences with Millattimes .com and said , Earlier candidates believed that to clear the UPSC exam they must have to go to paces like delhi and Pune but After joing jay academy I felt that there is no need to go metro city.We are getting very fruitful guidance from Asif sir, He added.

Solapur city unit Jamiyate  Ulema Hind has organized UPSC awareness camp for engineering students ,recently.
In his lecture Asif Yatnal has lauded this  initiative and said, awareness part is being done on heigh level  in our community now we need practical implementation to increase our numbers in administration. He further said ,candidate from small town also can crack the exams like Union public service commission.
