Press release,Meerut March 13 | The West Uttar Pradesh unit of the human rights organization NCHRO was formed in a meeting organized in the Apaar chamber in city. Joint Convenor Advocate Masroof Ahmed, appointed by this unit of the organization, said that in view of the rapidly growing violations of human rights in West Uttar Pradesh, the Central Committee had decided in the meeting of the National Executive in Bangalore that the unit of the organization is to be formed.
He said that a interim committee has been formed by consensus. The new executive will be announced soon. The proceedings of the formation of the unit were completed under the supervision of National Working Committee member Advocate Ansar Indori and President of Delhi State Advocate Amit Shrivastav. In this committee, Adv. Mohammed Afzal (Meerut) is the Convenor, while Zakir Ali Tyagi (Muzaffarnagar), Adv. Masroof Kamal (Bijnor) and Rita Bhuair have been made Joint Convenors. In addition to Mohan Kumar (Meerut), Adv. Haroon (Kerana), Adv. Ammar (Hapur), journalist Tabish Fareed (Meerut), Sandeep Chandela (Meerut), Adv. Iqbal Alam (Meerut), Sandeep Nimesh (Agra), Sayyad Anas (Meerut), Adv. Sadiq (Shamli), Adv. Rashid (Ghaziabad), Adv. Ayesha (Bijnor), Adv. Jabbaruddin (Meerut), Hema Mathur (Mathura), Adv. Junaid Chaudhary (Bulandshahr), Adv. Shamshul Qamar (Bulandshahr) and Mehtab Ali Rana (Meerut) have been made members of the committee.
