The DGP appreciated this initiative of Ludhiana Police and distributed bags to the Investigating Officers from various police stations of Ludhiana Commissionerate.
Speaking on this occassion, Commissioner of Police Ludhiana Rakesh Agrawal informed the DGP that these water proof bags will be used by IOs for safely carrying case files, stationery and other investigation related materials while going to High Court and local courts.
The DGP also directed that the similar kind of bags should be given to all IOs of punjab police.
