On wednesday general body meeting Advocate Gaziuddin research center was held at its office.
During the meeting Samiullah shaikh a city based pioneeer activist and social worker has been elected president of the said center unanimously.
Adv.Mahboob Kotimbire Became General Secretary and Ram Gaikwad and Mujahid Shaikh were declared Vice president.
Above center is a group of scholars and It is sincerely working on history of Indian Rulers and Scholars.
Late Adv.Sayed Shah Gaziuddin was a renowned author and a historian. He had written many books on Indian rulers and scholars like Moghul Emperor Aurangzeb and Shahu Maharaja .He had also translated Govind Pansare’s Marathi Book “Shivaji Kon Hota” into Urdu.Dr.Ambedkar Hayat aur karname (Dr.Ambedkar Life and work) was his master peice which was lauded by many eminent scholars and readers.
The main objectives of the center is bringing out real history of Indian rulers and great personalities,Spreading brotherhood and Encourging youngsters to research history.
The said center was founded in November 2015 by Samiullah Shaikh,Adv.Mahboob Kotimbire,Sarfaraz Shaikh and Sayed Wayez.
Samiullah Shaikh said that working with Dalit and Maratha brothers for social and educational cause is our social responsibility. Rulers like Shivaji Maharaj and Shahu Maharaj were really good kings.He says,Some communal minded authors have distorted the real history to divide Bahujans for their dirty political purpose.
A young historian and One of the pillar of the research center Sarfaraz Shaikh informed Millattimes.com that
we have already published my two Marathi books under this banner named “Saltanate Khudad” and History of Indian Muslim rulers.He says that we are going to publish five more books very soon.
According to Sarfaraz Some communal writers have tried to represent Muslim rulers as villians .He added that this is not the reality ,King like Tipu sultan were true patriots and they did their best for their motherland and people.
Maratha activist and Vice president Ram Gaikwad expressed happiness over his selection .He said that researching history and representing before our Bahujan youths is an important task .It should be done to preserve secular fabric of our state and the country,Ram added further.
