Strongly condemn chaos situation in Northeast Delhi, demand Amit Shah to be resigned- Welfare Party of India

Welfare Party of India strongly condemned and complete failure of law and order by the police and demanded resignation of union Home Minister Amit Shah.

National President of Welfare Party of India Dr SQR Ilyas said the situation in North East Delhi is a matter of great concern as the fascist goons with impunity are given complete freehand to kill and loot.

He rubbished the claim that the roits were spontaneous and said they were pre-planned and with full support of the BJP leaders and the police who were hand in glove with the perpetrators.

He demanded the resignation of the Home Minister Amit Shah as he failed to safeguard law, life and property of the people of Delhi.

He said BJP leader Mr. Kapil Mishra’s provocative speech led to this mayhem and demanded an appropriate action against him.

He said the Chief Minister of Delhi Mr Kejriwal should visit the families of the victims and provide adequate security to the people.

He demanded independent judicial enquiry into this incident of voilence in North East Delhi with severe punishment to the perpetrators and compensation to the family of the victims.He said army should be deployed to ensure security in Delhi in the coming days.

Dr Ilyas pointed out that the protests in Shaheenbagh and other areas is the fundamental right of the people and is a provision given under the constitution to register dissent and with the case on Shaheenbagh adjourned till 23rd March by the supreme court he demanded the Prime Minister to give instructions to his party leaders not to give provocative speeches and demanded assurance of life and property of the protestors.
