Maulana Noor Alam Khalil Amini, distinguished scholar of Arabic Language and Literature and Teacher of Islamic University Darul Uloom, Deoband is to be conferred on the President Award for the year 2017, in recognition of his remarkable and prestigious contribution in the field Arabic Language and Literature. Maulana Noor Alam Khlil Amini is Editor-in-Chief of Al-Daie, Arabic Monthly Magazine published from Darul Uloom, Deoband. Undoubtedly, this magazine is on the top of the Arabic magazines published from India and it is received respectfully in Arab countries.
Maulana Amini is a well versed in circumstances and current affairs of Middle East and Palestine. He has authored several books in Arabic and Urdu languages. His works like “Who Koh Kan Ki Bat”, “Sahabae Rasool Islam Ki Nazar Men”, “Harfe Sheerin” “Pase Marg Zindah”, “Filisteen Kisi Salahuddin Ke Intezaar Men”, “Maujudah Saleebi Sahyuni Jang”, “Kiya Islam Paspa Ho Raha Hai?” have been received respectfully by the learned people. “Filisteen Fee Intizaar Salahi Deen” in 684 pages is the collection of his analytical articles written on Palestine and published in Al-Daie and several other Arabic Magazines.
According to the information, available to Millatimes, the President Award the Certificate of Honour for the year 2017 will be awarded to Maulana Noor Alam Khalil Amini, Dr. Professor Noman Khan of the University of Delhi and Dr. Masood Alam; while the President Award for the year 2018 will be awarded to Professor Mohammad Badiur Rahman, Professor AN Abdul Qadeer, Professor Ghulam Yahya, Dr. Ali K Naufal.
This should be noted that this President Award is announced once a year on the Independence Day in recognition of scholars who have made the substantial contribution in the field of Sanskrit, Arabic, Persian, Classical Oriya, Classical Kannada, Classical Telugu and Classical Malayalam. The Awardee Scholars are conferred on by the President where they receive an Award, a Shawl, a Certificate and 50,000 rupees.
