VOX Populi – Parliamentarians Debate’, was organised at the Valley of Words International Literature and Arts Festival.
The topic of the debate was “Delimitation : Way Forward for better representative engagement with democratic apparatus?!”The panelists included Member of Parliament from various political parties-

, Priyanka Chaturvedi Shiv Sena, K Keshava Rao TRS, &
Amar Patnaik BJD.
The panelists presented important insights into the topic from point of
Governance issues, demographic and regional balance, and their perspective on reforms. Renowned journalist Rajeev Ranjan Shrivastava presented important information while setting the context for debate.
The debate was held in a ‘phygital way’ and it was broadcasted live through YouTube channel of the festival.

Speaking on the topic, the curator of this debate, renowned academician Author and Social Entrepreneur Dr Amna pointed out that engaging with public sphere discussion generates effective critical thinking and this very important for
diverse artistic and cultural expressions. Dr. Amna said that it is good to observe how the popularity and participation in ‘VOX Populi’ has increased with time.
