Its a reality that some years back teaching profession was n ot a first choice of majority of students. But now the scenario is changed.Due to hot salary package and other facilities teaching has also become priority many career aspirants.
Apart from this the profession has enough to give which one can enjoy.
In my opinion teaching plays greatest role in life of students. I am moulder of young minds and character ,I am the provider of new ideas and skills to empty minds and builder of society may be great or small.
A teacher can be a person of any age who is well versed in a particular sphere.
Dealing with young minds gives me asthetic pleasure, it is not just a job its a mission.This profession has given me a chance to inspire and encourage young minds to love the art of learning.
When I enter the school daily, my students welcome me with greetings & smile they gather around me, at that time I feel like I am at the top of the world. When I was not feeling well students prayed for me to get well soon. I think these happy moments cannot be received in any other profession.
Present policy of education says that teacher is not only just a teacher but a facilitator. I enjoy this role in my life & iam fully satisfied with it.
• When ex students come to school & recall pleasant paths of past, events or lessons I feel Proud .
Proud to have a positive effect on someone’s life .to become good citizens of our India and master of their respective field.
