> INC ranks the best with only 33% of the allegations having actually converted into charges which can be framed. BJP ranks the worst with maximum allegations being deemed worthy of framing charges against the accused.
And now, though the analysis is complete here is an extra bit of information.
Candidates with cases of Crimes against Women:
This includes:
– Assault or Criminal Force against Women.
– Outraging the modesty of a woman.
– Violence or Cruelty against woman
– Rape
AAP = 7
BJP+ = 5
INC+ = 3
> I will not be giving any rankings here. I have the view that if there is any candidate with crimes against women, however frivolous they might appear to be, that political party SHOULD NOT give a ticket to that candidate.
If the leadership that we are about to elect does not give a serious consideration to the issue of “Crimes Against Women” the society at large will continue to trivialize it.

Note: I have not considered “Voluntary causing hurt to deter public servant.” as a serious crime though ADR considers it to be one.
Disclaimer: When you elect criminals to the top you will be fostering criminals at the bottom and everywhere around you. Choose your candidate wisely. Vote in the interest of the society that you live in.
