In an attempt to increase reading habit among Urdu medium students and infuse moral values, National council for promotion of Urdu Language is going to conduct book fair from 23 to 31 December 2017
in association with Khidmate Khalq Organization of India.
On Saturday evening said organization has conducted its first meeting with members of Parwaz Foundation ,as a part of awareness campaign.
Parwaz foundation is association of non resident Solapuri Teachers who are serving Urdu schools of Raigad,Ratnagiri,
Mumbai, Thane and other districts of Maharashtra state.
President of the Book fair Organising body Eijaz Manzoor Alam addressed the gathering and sought the cooperation from the teaching community to make this mega event a huge success. He further informed the details of the 9 days programs.
President of the meeting Head master of the Ratnagiri based school Siraj Momin ,eminent citizen of the city Raja Bagban ,Principal Shafi Shaikh ,Ziyauddin Momin and President of parwaz foundation Sami Momin expressed their views ideas and assured their involvement in this mega event.
Vice President of khidmate khalq Aasif Iqbal said that main objectives of this national level book fair is promotion of Urdu language ,providing stage to Urdu people ,creating favourable atmosphere for Urdu school,increasing reading habit among students etc.added Aasif.
